This website provides information about Simply Doing AI, practical educational resources, and ways to contact Kathleen about custom work. You may use the public site and materials for your own lawful personal or business purposes.

Do not interfere with the site, misuse its forms, attempt unauthorized access, or copy and resell its protected materials as your own.

The website, articles, prompt pack, templates and videos provide general educational information. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice.

AI tools and external platforms can change. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information and deciding what is appropriate for your business.

The AI Clarity System is a one-time $27 digital-product purchase containing five templates and five videos. Payment is processed through Stripe.

After Stripe confirms payment, download links are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery normally takes a few minutes. Check spam or promotions folders if the email is delayed, then contact kablecher@gmail.com for delivery help.

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, completed digital-product purchases are generally non-refundable.

If you are charged incorrectly, receive duplicate charges, or cannot access the purchased files after contacting support, email kablecher@gmail.com so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive license to use the templates and videos for your own personal or business work.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, or give the product files or substantially unchanged templates to other people.

Custom builds start at $6,000. Website descriptions are general and do not promise that every listed capability is included in that starting price.

The exact scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, payment terms and ownership terms for custom work are established separately in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

The site links to services including Stripe, Instagram, Substack and disclosed affiliate destinations. Those services apply their own terms and privacy practices. Simply Doing AI is not responsible for an external service's availability or content.

The site and digital materials are provided on an as-available basis. Reasonable care is taken to keep them available and accurate, but uninterrupted availability or a particular business result is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Simply Doing AI is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or educational materials.
